关于碳纳米管散热涂料的介绍及特点

碳纳米管是散热涂料最理想的功能填料。CNT是目前世界上已知的最好的导热材料之一,其辐射系数接近1。纤维状的CNTs,与颗粒状的其他散热填料相比,更容易形成导热网络促进散热,同时CNTs网络对涂层增强增韧效果明显。

该产品利用CNTs的高热导率,先将被涂覆物内部的热量快速的传导到该涂层中,同时这些纳米材料又具有较高的热辐射率,能将吸收的热能转化为1~20μm波长的红外线辐射带外部空间,快速带走制件上的热量,大幅度提高制件的散热能力,从而达到降低制件温度的目的。

Carbon nanotube is the optimal functional filler for cooling coatings because it is one of the best heat conduction material and its radiation coefficient is close to 1.Compared with other cooling fillers,fibrous CNTs are easier to form thermal conductive network and improve the strength and toughness.

With the high heat conductivity of CNTs,CNTs cooling coatings transfer the heat rapidly from the inner of coated material to the coating material.At the same time,the coating material can convert the absorbed heat into infrared radiation of 1-20 microns wavelengths to outer space,take heat away from workpieces quickly and cool workpieces effectively.
